Produce a patty melt with secret sauce next time you desire some severely indulgent ease food! A slim floor meat patty is layered with caramelized onions, two types of melty cheese, and a tangy secret sauce.
A variation of the basic burger, the patty melt is a restaurant selection staple. Offered on buttered rye bread instead of a bun, the patty melt is pot melted until wonderful brown and melty. Vigorous, soothing, and tasty!
This patty melt starts with slim, oblong, floor meat patties. The thinner the better – you’ll wish to keep space for plenty of caramelized onions, two types of cheese, and a tangy sauce on top. Rye bread may be the basic bread selection, slathered to the ends with lots of butter.
And the ” secret sauce”? Not so secret anymore – I’ve included the recipe under! You’ll be putting this tangy, thousand island-Esque sauce to everything.
