Have you heard about tiktokwei yet? The popular new game app that is already being enjoyed by millions of people worldwide. It’s one of those apps that has taken the world by storm with its unique gameplay style and catchy tunes.
Let’s start out talking about the app! It’s called tiktokwei and was released worldwide by tiktokgames on November 7, 2015. The app is a simple game, it involves a couple of little aliens trying to survive in a world that is full of danger. You have to tap the screen and push around blocks (tiktoks) to try and get them in a safe zone before they crash into anything dangerous, like trees or lava or even each other.
But you aren’t limited to that. You can also play in puzzles. These are pixel art puzzles where you move the blocks around so that they fit into places on the screen, like a 4 x 4 grid or a 3 x 3 grid. Each puzzle usually has one goal: get all of the blocks into the safe zone by having them touch each other or the edge of the screen. It starts out simple, but the puzzles can get difficult.
We were given a chance to play the game for a couple of weeks before it launched and we were very pleased with how well it worked. You had full control of your movements. There was no time limit and it was one of those things where you could just sit back and relax while you played.
And now we have the secret to tiktokwei: it’s a game made by two people. One of them is James Na, who is the co-founder of tiktokgames. He’s been making games for 10 years, and tiktokwei is only his second game! He’s very excited about the launch and urged everyone to try the app out.
The other person making it is Shingo Yamashita. He studied at the Art institute of Chicago and is a well-known pixel artist in the gaming world. His work has been featured on games like Super Mario Galaxy 2, Yoshi’s Island DS, and Super Smash Bros Brawl! He’s also represented by a talent agency; Toscono Onodera.
tiktokwei is a new game app that you can expect to see everywhere, as it has already hit number one in the weekly charts of both Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store.
