Order execution procedure
Your request for an estimate of the cost and the possibility of manufacturing products goes to the account manager. This can happen in different ways:

- You can visit our printing house and discuss your task in person ( office layout diagram ),
- You can invite our manager to your office.
- The manager analyzes the technical features and nuances of the order and calculates its cost. If necessary, the manager will recommend changing the order parameters, if such changes will improve the print quality or reduce the cost of circulation.
The order is sent to the design department, where a layout of printed products is made, or your layout is brought in accordance with technological requirements. Making a simple layout is possible in your presence – in this case, you can immediately express your wishes to the designer, make the necessary changes to the layout. More complex layouts are developed on the basis of a completed brief, in which you write down all your requirements and wishes. The brief is filled out in collaboration with the manager and the designer so that, so to speak, all “stakeholders” are involved in the process from the very beginning.
The manager will definitely agree with you on the finished layout. The requirements for preparing layouts for printing provide several important points that must be approved by you (therefore, we ask you to familiarize yourself with possible restrictions in advance). After agreeing on the layout, the order is transferred to production.
All the necessary operations for printing and post-printing processing of the circulation are carried out. The finished circulation is checked for the absence of manufacturing defects.
The finished order is packed and given to you by the manager of the printing house. If necessary, the delivery service is connected to the work – the order is delivered to the client at the specified address. For regular customers of the printing house “A Print” delivery is free of charge.
How your order is processed and fulfilled
Payment details are issued only after confirmation of the availability of the goods in our or a remote warehouse.
Then the order is processed (the correct spelling of the full name, address, phone number is checked), the goods are ordered from remote warehouses, the goods are assembled “in stock”, your comments are taken into account.
In the Personal Account – Order History – opposite each item is indicated its status and delivery time, as well as the approximate date of the order’s readiness.
