To be eligible for the program, students must:
- Be a Dallas County resident.
- Have graduated from a Dallas County high school or received a GED/HiSET within the last three years
- Be enrolled in one of the seven colleges of DCCCD.
- Complete at least two core classes each semester
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher each semester
- Complete 30 credit hours within two years of graduation and maintain a 2.5 GPA during that time-students are only allowed to take six credit hours per semester and must complete the remaining 24 by taking summer courses
- If they graduate before they have completed all required courses, they can still receive their diploma as long as they meet all other requirements and enroll in their final course before September 1st
- Students are also eligible if they live outside of Dallas county but go to school in DCCCD; if this is the case, however, then it is up to the individual college’s discretion whether or not you can participate.

How to Login into DCCCD online education
In order to login into your DCCCD online education, you will need to go to the website and click on the login button. Once you have clicked on the login button, a new page will pop up. On this new page, you will need to enter your username and password. After you have entered your credentials, click on the login button, and you will be taken to your student dashboard.
The next thing that you will want to do is fill out your attendance for all of the classes that you are currently enrolled in for the current semester. The required information for this is the course name, the start date of class, the end date of class, and the number of hours per week.
