  • 7 cups water

How To Prepare

  1. In a large saucepan, add the fennel seeds, dates, cinnamon, carom seeds, ginger, anise, and black pepper, along with water.

  3. Let the mixture simmer for at least 45 minutes.
  4. Add the kratom powder and orange peel powder and stir thoroughly.
