You’ll save money, reduce stress, and actually get to choose your preferred moving date. Those extra hours of summer daylight aren’t worth thousands of pounds in additional costs and the frustration of competing with everyone else.

January moving isn’t just viable, it’s genuinely the smartest choice for most people. The only reason everyone doesn’t do it is because they haven’t thought it through properly.
