In everything a man does, he must be consistent to succeed. This principle also applies to a baker. When a baker is creative, he or she must be consistent to maintain his or her sales and customer trust. It is very important.

  1. Love of Nature

You may ask yourself this question, why should a baker love nature? This is needed by a baker to increase his or her creative skills. You wonder why a poet adores nature and writes poems about it and it excites the reader? This happens because nature gives insight into things all humans do not see. This gives bakers insight to bake things that amaze people.

There are some aspects of baking when a baker uses colors. A baker must love and understand the basic principles guiding color. Also, he or she must be able to understand how to mix colors together to bring out the beauty of his or her baking.

Baking is like art, where a single mistake can affect or destroy the art. While baking, especially when decorating, a baker must be very careful. He or she must make sure to be free from distraction when baking.

A baker must be versatile while baking. Sometimes bakers receive jobs and must deliver it at a specific time which may fall together at the same time. There may be a shortage of workers and he or she must be able to do the baking fast and carefully. 

  1. Time Consciousness

A baker must be time conscious. As explained earlier, a baker must be able to meet up with time. He or she must know how long the baking is finished and when to deliver it to the his or her customer (mostly the consumer)

While baking, a baker must be able to set everything he or she needs while baking because he or she must stay away from distraction. He or she must prepare every ingredient and instrument needed before baking. This prevents distraction which also prevents mistakes.

  1. Composure under pressure

When a baker is working to meet up with a certain task, he or she works under pressure. This is common among bakers, therefore as a baker, you must know how to work on pressure.

  1. Patience

This goes a far way while baking. Baking is very time-consuming which takes a lot of endurance and patience. Every baker must possess this.
