How to make Foam Whipper Chocolate Mousse

A whipped chocolate mouse is something that every person would want to taste, and fortunately, this is something that can be done easily. To make this incredible product, you should combine the chocolate, sugar, water, and coffee in a medium-sized metallic bowl, and pass it through a fine mesh or sieve and pour it into stainless steel bottle or any other clean container that you may have at home.

How to make Foam Whipper Chocolate Mousse  

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces of water.
  • 4 ounces of brewed coffee brought to room temperature.
  • 8 ounces 5% bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped.
  • 4 ounces water.
  • 0.5 ounces sugar.

Special equipment: 1-liter whipper and one nitrous oxide N20charger.

Procedure:

  • Fill a large bowl with water and create an ice bath by adding some ice cubes.
  • Put enough water in a ten-inch sauté pan and ensure that it rises to 1 inch on the side.  Simmer it using medium heat.
  • Combine the sugar, water, coffee, and chocolate in a medium-sized bowl and set it in the water that’s already simmering. Stir at intervals until when the chocolate starts melting, and the sugar completely dissolved. This should take 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and start setting the bowl on the ice bath. Whisk the solution continuously until the solution reaches 60 degrees F and until when the uniformity of the cream is consistent, and this normally takes two to three minutes. Pour this mixture into your cream whipper. However, remember that you don’t have to fill above the maximum filling line because this could bring you problems. The maximum filling line is always indicated, so take a look and ensure you don’t fill above the recommended fill line.
  • Charge your cream whipper using 1 Nitrous oxide charger, and start shaking vertically between 16 and 20 times. Put it aside for 1 minute. Then invert the dispense into martini glasses or your preferred serving glass.
  • Serve immediately or you can refrigerate it and serve later.
