Flex Banner Printing Machine Basics

We have been involved in the Flex Banner Printing Machine for years, using a similar format in the back office operations of our company. And we understand how demanding this is on any printing machine. If you have an HP printer, you know you need a quality ink cartridge and that it is expensive to replace. Therefore the company keeps developing new high-end technology to drive up the bottom line.

It is easy to understand how someone may be hesitant about making a large purchase such as this one. The big questions include: Will the product detail be available with this particular model and brand of Flex? How extensive will the manufacturer’s extensive range of aftermarket cartridges be? How much are the replacement parts going to cost me? Only once you’ve answered these questions, can you begin to think about whether or not you are truly interested in this Flex Banner printing machine and if this is something you would like to consider for your company.

Another thing to consider is what will happen if the product doesn’t work out properly and the replacement part is not available? Or worse, a different brand is chosen and this Flex Banner machine is no longer available when the price for a new printer is considered. What will happen if you want to keep the Flex Banner but you have to get a new inkjet printer because you got a better price online? Will you be able to exchange the old cartridge for a more expensive one? What if you don’t like the color that’s on the paper? Do you have to get a new printing machine?

The basic setup of the Flex Banner consists of a cold resin laminate that is sandwiched between two pieces of heat- bonded aluminum frame, the hot stamping of which is done with a UV curing resin, followed by the hot-stamping of the graphic design on the rubber foam of the frame. When the hot stamping process is completed, it should be checked for any excess resins. At this point, it is also important to note that the manufacturer provides a complementary color matching service. If the printing machine is not compatible with the Flex Banner design, Flex will replace the unit with a standard color printing machine.

The other main component of Flex Banner that we are going to talk about is its print head. The print head of this machine is made of sturdy and flexible thermoplastic, but at the same time, it is made flexible enough to be able to stretch to fit the specific length that the customer desires. This feature makes the flex-banners suitable for a wide variety of custom printing needs. It is highly recommended that the minimum order quantity for Flex Banner printing is two hundred pieces, since a standard printer’s print head can stretch to three hundred pieces. It is best to get a minimum order quantity of two hundred for minimum service cost, so that you can enjoy a great value from your order.
