You must now select a connection method and log in with the credentials provided in the Microsoft Authenticate window. Then select a method for loading mailboxes from the options Automatic, CSV, and saved list. The Automatic option loads all the mailboxes in real time.

Verify the mailboxes; if any are missing, a CSV file can be used to fill in the missing entries.
