5 Human Impacts on the environment

Humans and their surroundings are, interacting with each other. Humans inadvertently play an important role in the environment with their behaviors. Knowing human impacts on the environment will help us understand the problem.

This essay mentions factors and solutions to prevent environmental difficulties. Also, this environment essay examines the negative human impacts on the environment. Numerous essay examples are also mentioned to help better understand the content.

For example, forest fires, air pollution, deforestation, water pollution, and climate change have become a concern for all nations worldwide. This article, with an analytical approach, examines the reasons for the occurrence of environmental issues and proposes practical solutions to prevent the development of these problems. However, there are many free essays on environment issues.

Wildfires

Only 5% of the causes of fires can be attributed to nature, and in contrast to human factors, 95% of the causes of forest fires are considered. However, in addition to economic damage, fires can have environmental issues and consequently damage forest soil.

One of the negative effects of forest fires is the negative effects of this important on the soil. In other words, forest fires from three physical, chemical, or biological dimensions can negatively affect the soil to the point that even fire can affect Vegetation cover and activities. Furthermore, education for people who go to the jungle for fun is one way to prevent wildfires.

Air Pollution

Air pollution has various factors, most of which can be said to be related to human activities. The air of each region is polluted by various factors depending on its location. Air pollution causes include fossil fuels, factories, power plants, agriculture, and chemical fertilizers.

But to reduce air pollution in cities and homes, various methods are proposed. For example, increasing the use of public transportation and requiring factories to meet pollution standards are among the most significant solutions. On the other hand, citizens can reduce the number of air pollutants with proper behavior. Students in specialized fields at universities are introduced to solutions to prevent air pollution.

Deforestation

Deforestation means removing and clearing forest or vegetation for agricultural, industrial, or urban use. This means cutting down forests forever to create land for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes.

Over the last century, forest cover worldwide has been severely endangered, and the green cover has declined to its lowest level of about 30%. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), about 18 million acres of forest are lost yearly. Some predictions show that the world’s rainforests will be destroyed if deforestation continues (similar to those on the lorax and easter island). For example, free essays on environmental issues in this section refer to:

  1. Agricultural activities
  2. Wood industry
  3. Urban planning
  4. Desertification from the ground
  5. Mines
  6. Forest fires

Water Pollution

Every year, each college and university conducts extensive research on human impacts on climate change, and students are exploring ways to prevent climate change. With the growth of industry and the establishment of various factories and industries, organic, inorganic, and inorganic materials and all kinds of bacteria, viruses, and suspended particles have entered the underground sources of water and surface water.

Sources of water pollution can be divided into the following groups:

•         Sources of point pollution

•         Non-point pollution sources

•         Groundwater pollution

•         Surface water pollution

Climate Change

Global warming refers to long-term changes in the Earth’s temperature and climate. The Earth’s temperature has changed in the 1.5 billion years. But today, global warming refers to events that have taken place following human activities, especially after the Industrial Revolution. But the effects of climate change on the planet include

  • harsher weather conditions,
  • rising sea levels,
  • extinction of coastal ecosystems,
  • extinction of plant species,
  • population migration, and
  • Severe global economic losses.

Conclusion

Nature and man are inextricably linked. It is better to say that all beings are dependent on their environment and affect each other. Unfortunately, these effects have increased with the development and change in human lifestyle.

Humans live their lives without any attention and have many negative environmental problems. But nature is evolving towards the future. Among them are human beings and others suffering severe and irreparable damage.

Continuing education of individuals and students in universities and colleges is one of the key ways to prevent the negative human impacts on the environment. In this article, five important human effects on the environment were pointed out, and solutions to deal with them were presented as essay examples.
