It is important that you have a look at triathlon training plans when you are planning a triathlon as they are not easy events to complete and require a lot of planning and training. 

If you don’t plan for such a big event then the likelihood is that you won’t have sufficient fitness levels to perform to your fullest and so you will inevitably fail at the event. 

Triathlon training plans have all different levels so that anybody can get involved whatever their ability level is, this is important as often people feel put off training plans because they worry their ability level is too low where in reality this doesn’t matter and it is important that you get involved whatever your ability as you can easily improve this through training.

  1. Your bike

It is important that you look for an online bike fit where you can complete the required procedures to ensure that your bike is roadworthy and ready for your event, you can use your devices such an iPhone or iPad and these will allow you to check the roadworthiness of your bike. 

Finding an online bike fit is a more accessible and cheap way to ensure the safety and suitability of your bike without having to actually go into a shop or company that specialises in this.

  1. Fitness

An event such as a triathlon requires a lot of fitness and is high leve intensity and so requires a lot of training and preparation ready for the event. Fitness levels need to be very high in order to efficiently take part in a triathlon and so preparation is key, whether your strong suit is running, swimming or cycling, there is always room for improvement in the other areas.

Training for such an event is great for your physical fitness levels as it helps to boost them and means that you can grow stronger with your training.

Training for any event requires you to maintain or improve your fitness levels and so is very beneficial to you. 

Exercise is great for your cardiovascular system and decreases your risks of cardiovascular based illnesses and so is good for your health, it also reduces your risk of respiratory illnesses as it helps you to improve lung capacity and your breathing abilities during exercise.

  1. Planning

It is important that you plan for these kinds of events as they can be very physically demanding on the body and so it is important that you find a training plan that works for you and that you can stick at sufficiently. It is important that you find the right training plan for you that has a whole variety of ability options so that you can start off as a beginner and advance with the training as your ability improves. 

A triathlon is a very difficult project to undertake as so it is important that you understand this right from the beginning so that you don’t take on more than you can handle. No matter what level of fitness you are, you can find triathlon plans which will help you to train for a triathlon.
