Punkvism (PUNKVISM), a blockchain-based Web3 ecosystem builder, has announced its collaboration with Ryan Logic to develop ‘Soccer GO!,’ an NFT-based Web3 soccer game. This project marks the first initiative of Punkvism’s Web3 Game Accelerator Consortium, with the goal of establishing a next-generation Web3 gaming economic model through NFT and blockchain technology.
The collaboration between Punkvism and Ryan Logic aims to merge the traditional gaming industry with blockchain technology, paving the way for new possibilities in Web3 gaming. Through this partnership, the companies will focus on the development of a next-generation Web3 game that integrates an NFT-powered economy and blockchain-based financial systems.
Ryan Logic is a game and software development company specializing in AI and blockchain technology. Together, Punkvism and Ryan Logic will work towards optimizing the development and operation of blockchain-based games, creating a sustainable gaming economy utilizing NFT assets, and strengthening their global market expansion efforts.
‘Soccer GO!’ is a Web3 game that combines a dice-based board game with soccer gameplay elements. Players roll dice to move across the board, engage in soccer matches, develop cities, and compete with other players. Punkvism will incorporate NFT and blockchain technology to develop stadium and club management systems, a Web3 economic model, and a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization)-based governance structure to ensure long-term sustainability within the Web3 ecosystem.
Sunwoong Kim, CEO of Ryan Logic, emphasized that Web3 games should prioritize user experience rather than simply acting as NFT trading platforms. He stated, “Soccer GO! is designed to seamlessly integrate Web3 elements, ensuring that NFTs and Web3 economies provide tangible value to players.”
Punkvism plans to implement a Free-to-Play (F2P) model, enabling participation from both NFT holders and general users. Non-NFT players will have access to the base game for free, while those interested in Web3 economies can purchase and utilize NFTs and tokens to acquire assets such as stadiums, players, and clubs, allowing them to gain assets through matches, entrance fees, and advertisements. Sunwoong Kim noted, “For Web3 gaming to achieve mainstream adoption, it must be easily accessible to mobile gaming players. Soccer GO! is designed with an open Web3 economic model to allow more users to experience and benefit from the Web3 ecosystem.”
Punkvism is structuring ‘Soccer GO!’ with an NFT-driven Web3 economy at its core. Genesis NFT holders will own assets such as stadiums, clubs, and players, receiving profits from ticket sales, sponsorships, and advertising. Additionally, DAO-based governance will enable NFT holders to participate in stadium operation decisions and in-game event planning, granting them practical authority over the game’s ecosystem.
Punkvism and Ryan Logic plan to accelerate the global expansion of ‘Soccer GO!’ by aligning their launch with the 2026 FIFA World Cup, jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. As part of this initiative, Punkvism will release limited-edition NFTs, introduce World Cup-themed special game modes, and organize global tournaments to engage soccer fans worldwide.
Hyunki Hwang, CEO of Punkvism, emphasized the importance of content-driven strategies over NFT sales, stating, “For Web3 games to succeed, they must offer engaging content and effective marketing strategies that resonate with global users. ‘Soccer GO!’ will leverage world-renowned sporting events like the FIFA World Cup to drive mainstream adoption of the Web3 gaming ecosystem.”
