If you want to use multiple Telegram accounts on one computer, you can do it with a user script and the desktop application. To do this, go to the website. Click on the category “Apps” and from here download the Telegram desktop application. Do not run the application but wait until this file is downloaded on your computer (you will see a downloading icon in your browser). After that open this file with any archive manager (for example WinRAR), and extract all files from there by pressing extract in the menu bar at top of the window
Running multiple telegram instances on one computer
With this user script, you can run multiple instances of Telegram on one computer(telegram电脑版). This allows you to have a separate account for work and personal use, or multiple accounts for the same purpose (e.g., one account for chatting with friends and another one for family).
It is easy to use: just follow these steps:
-Install Tampermonkey or Greasemonkey extension for Chrome/Firefox/Opera/Safari (respectively) if you don’t have it yet;
-Download the .user.js file from here;
-Open your web browser’s developer console;
-To add a bot account in case there is already one present on your desktop client, paste this line into its console window: !addbot username password followed by pressing the enter key on your keyboard so it will add a new bot account inside the chat page; After this step has been done successfully then click the close button at the bottom right corner so as not be displayed again when opening next time.
There is a user script that can do this for you
-Userscripts are code that gets added to your browser, so they’re not part of the website itself.
-You need the user script and the desktop app installed on your computer, no matter whether you use Chrome or Firefox (or any other browser).

Once installed on your system, open up a new browser window and go to telegramdesktop[dot]org/download again to launch their desktop application for Windows or Mac OS X operating systems
Do not run the application, but wait until this file is downloaded
Download the application(TG下载), install it, and run it. Wait for this file to download before you do anything else.
Open it using any archive manager, such as WinRAR
To extract the files, you need to use an archive manager such as WinRAR.
Open it with any archive manager (for example WinRAR), and extract all files from the archive by pressing extract in the menu bar at the top of the window.
If there is no menu bar, press alt to display it
If you don’t have an alt key, press ctrl + alt to display it.
If you have an alt key but don’t see it displayed on the screen, please try pressing ctrl + shift + alt.
When opening more than one account, you will only be able to chat with one account at a time. To switch between accounts:
-Open your other Telegram client
-Press “Create New Account” in the upper right corner of the main menu bar
To go to the “JS” folder and delete these three files
-After extraction, you need to go to the “js” folder and delete these three files from there: im_qol.js, im_sharedstate_template_provider.js, im_stickers_suggests_provider.js. If you’re unsure of how to do this, please ask a friend or look it up online!
Now run tdesktop.exe in this folder, or create a shortcut on your desktop for quick access to this program if you want it always at hand!
