As we know a teacher can play a wide role in the development of any child, so he must arrange a seat for a stubborn child with a bright student. He must assure him seating with the same student throughout the school timing. He should teach a child to observe how a good student should react. For this, he should also involve that bright student in this mission and ask him to help his friend do and arrange things. We usually hear the saying that a man can be changed by the company he keeps. This is no doubt a true fact. A guardian must arrange little competitions to let these children come forward and share their opinions in front of others. Then he must appreciate him in a certain way, for example, giving him candy or hugging him tightly, making stars or some characters on his hand, asking for a clap in the classroom. It is a good practice to prominent their work among the rest of the students and gives them little rewards to enhance their motivation.
