This exam is for qualifying the candidates to enter CCIE enterprise (wireless, and infrastructure). When a candidate has qualified for this exam, he/she will have to schedule their CCIE lab test when their core exam qualification is valid.
Certification exam:
This exam is to make sure that the candidates know about the most common topics in the industry such as SD-WAN, automation, network deigning and wireless. This second exam is quite flexible because it lets you choose one subject or field to make your career foundation. You can choose your desired topic of CCNP security technology that is good for your taste and your knowledge. There are six different topics and exams and you have to choose one among them for your career:
- 300-710 SSNGFW (stands for Securing Network cisco firepower with next-generation firewall)
- 300-715 SISE for implementation and configuration of cisco identity service engine.
- 300-720 SESA to secure emails with the help of Cisco appliances for email security
- 300-725 SWSA to secure the website with the help of cisco appliances for website security
- 300-730 SVPN for implementation of the secure solution with Virtual private networks
- 300-735 SAUTO for implementation of automation to a cisco security solution.
So, these were the six topics and all of them have the same importance. But The exams have been renumbered to a new version and you should take a look.
